Refund Policy
Cancellation & Transfer Policy:
- Cancellations and transfer requests must be made in writing via email.
- One hundred percent (100%) of the fee paid minus 3% processing fee will be refunded for cancellations received 21 days prior to the first day of the event.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the fee paid minus 3% processing fee will be refunded for cancellations received 14 days prior to the first day of the event.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the first day of the event are nonrefundable.
- Transfers can only be made between members from the same firm and must be received at least 7 days prior to the first day of the event.
