What NOT to do and what to do when systemizing your firm!
Lisa HennesseyTrent Taylor

Accounting firms and their teams are finding themselves working remotely now more than ever with the Covid implications. What we are finding is that not all accounting firms have the business systems in place to handle this, so the quality of their clients’ experience is dropping due to the ineffectiveness and inconsistent results being driven by the team who are forced to work remotely.
Trent and Lisa will share the reason why systems are so critical in an accounting firm, along with some real life tips and case studies, and a proven process to help you and your team start to build your critical business systems. This will help YOU create certainty that your firm can get back to providing the excellent client experience that they are used to, and deserve, while ensuring your team can feel supported and confident that they can continue to perform their roles at the best level, during what we call our “new normal” way of life.
