The ACP committee continues to closely monitor the potential impact of COVID-19 on the 2022 conference. If the committee deems it necessary to postpone, cancel or transition the conference to an online format, attendees and sponsors will be informed without delay.
- In the case of cancellation of the 2022 conference or individuals being unable to attend due to government enforced border or movement restrictions, sponsor and member attendees will be given option to transfer paid fees to the 2023 conference or receive a refund of fees paid minus 3% processing fee.
- In the case of postponement of date of 2022 conference to future date up until December 2022, registration and paid fees will be transferred to the future date. If a sponsor or member attendee is unable to attend revised date a refund of fees paid minus 3% processing fee will be offered.
- In the case of transition of 2022 conference to a virtual (online) format, the committee will implement a discounted fee structure based on revised program and offer refund of difference in paid fees.
